Case study

Requirement, role and delivery.

The requirement

A textile manufacturer with a large daytime load and a single continuous roof, seeking to reduce exposure to grid tariff increases without interrupting production.

IRIS’s role

Engineering, procurement, construction and grid interconnection; ongoing operation and maintenance including robotic module cleaning.

What was delivered

5.25 MWp of rooftop PV on a single structure, string inverters in a dedicated inverter station, and an 11 kV medium-voltage connection with protection studies accepted by the utility.
